Ksenia Wójcik-Karasiewicz

Director of Beneficiary Management Office, National Centre for Research and Development

Ksenia Wójcik-Karasiewicz has been professionally involved in banking and capital markets for many years. She worked for Citigroup implementing processes related to the valuation of investment funds, including the migration of these processes to Poland. She was responsible for investments on the debt market in the company of investment funds and implemented projects to raise finance for companies in a brokerage house.

At the National Centre for Research and Development she was responsible for the supervision and cooperation with international venture capital funds investing in young and innovative enterprises. Currently she is the Director of the Beneficiary Management Office, performing tasks in the scope of financial and content-related servicing of subsidy agreements for projects and undertakings concluded by the Centre.

A graduate of economics at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and postgraduate studies in innovation management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
