Vice-President of the Management Board for Mergers and Acquisitions of Grupa LOTOS S.A. Has served in the Management Board of the 11th term since May 28, 2021. Prior to that, he served in that capacity since January 26, 2021, as a member of the Management Board of the 10th term.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He also completed postgraduate studies in corporate law at the University of Łódź. He holds a professional title of Legal Advisor. Winner of the MANAGER AWARD 2018, he was the founder and managing partner of a law firm specializing in labor, civil and administrative law.

In 2010, he became Director of the Legal Department at PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna, based in Bełchatów, and then Vice President of the Management Board for corporate affairs and asset management. He was the President of the Management Board of GKS Bełchatów. Since 2016 he was the President of the Management Board of LOTOS Oil Sp z o.o. From 2018 to 2020 he additionally served as Director of Corporate Affairs of LOTOS Group S.A., from 2020 Director of Strategy and Investor Relations of LOTOS Group S.A., Chairman of the Supervisory Board of LOTOS Asfalt, LOTOS Infrastruktura, RCEkoenergia. He performs advisory functions in major investment projects and in the area of organization shaping.
