His previous professional experience is almost entirely related to work in public institutions in the field of environmental protection. He is a member of the Council on Environment, Energy and Natural Resources appointed by the President of the Republic of Poland, the National and Regional Environmental Impact Assessment Commissions, the Committee on Environmental Engineering - Polish Academy of Sciences and an expert in the evaluation of application proposals. He specializes in environmental issues, environmental impact assessments and European funds. He is the author and co-author of numerous publications and speeches in the field of emissions from atherogenic sources.

At the same time, he is very involved in work related to waste management in Poland. He is a member of the Advisory Team for Systemic Solutions in Waste Management appointed by the Minister of Climate and Environment and co-author of scientific reports on municipal waste management. He actively and substantively participates in discussions and conference speeches on this topic. He is a member of the Scientific Council of the quarterly magazine "Law and Climate" and co-author of periodically published reports in this field.
