Doctor of political science and administration and sociologist. Head of the Behavioral Analysis and Social Research Team at the Institute of Finance. Graduate of doctoral studies in economics at the Warsaw School of Economics and a master's degree in sociology at the University of Warsaw, as well as postgraduate studies in: Administration and Public Finance (SGGW), Marketing Research (SWPS), Brand Management (SGH) and History of Art (Collegium Civitas). She has many years of experience in research (including as the head of a grant from the National Science Center), analysis, expertise and education, as well as in local government (8 years as a county councilor). She is the author of 30 articles in national and international scientific journals and monographs, one book and co-editor of two scientific books. She has co-authored expert reports on various aspects of socio-economic development, including energy transition, alcohol policy, food trade, epidemic challenges, the role of the state in the crisis, cash and non-cash payments, the pharmaceutical market, cultural heritage and development. She has spoken at numerous national and international conferences. She has cooperated as an expert with the following institutions: Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, Ministry of Climate and Environment, Jagiellonian Institute, Military Medical Institute, National Agency for Solving Alcohol Problems, Industrial Development Agency S.A, National Heritage Institute and others. Member of the program board of the New Europe Institute. Expert in social research and public policy, with particular specialization in the areas of socio-economic development, evidence-based policy, social trust, cultural heritage, identity, tourism and local government.
