A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. He has extensive experience in the field of railroad transport. He implemented key rolling stock projects for Poland in PKP Intercity S.A. He coordinated the implementation of Pendolino, managed the delivery and launch of a series of PESADart vehicles and managed contracts for the maintenance of electric multiple units - Pendolino, PesaDart and Stadler Flirt. In addition, he was responsible for successful arbitration proceedings regarding the delivery of vehicles.

He explored aspects of rail transport as a completely commercial venture in Arriva.

Since 2018 he has been associated with the National Centre for Research and Development, where in the role of project coordinator he joined a team of enthusiasts testing a completely innovative approach in Poland to R&D financing through innovative procurement using the methodology of the so-called problem-driven research. Then, as a strategic advisor, he was responsible for NCRD's program offer, development and implementation of program management processes, coordination of cooperation with the Centre's key partners. For several months he has been managing the team preparing and implementing programs and undertakings financed from national resources.
Aspekty transportu kolejowego jako zupełnie komercyjnego przedsięwzięcia zgłębił w spółce Arriva.

Od 2018 roku związany z Narodowym Centrum Badań i Rozwoju, gdzie w roli koordynatora projektu dołączył do zespołu entuzjastów testującego zupełnie nowatorskie w Polsce podejście do finansowania B+R poprzez zamówienia innowacyjne z wykorzystaniem metodologii tzw. problem-driven research. Następnie w roli doradcy strategicznego odpowiadał za ofertę programową NCBR, opracowanie i wdrożenie procesów zarządzania programami, koordynację współpracy z kluczowymi partnerami Centrum. Od kilku miesięcy zarządza zespołem przygotowującym i wdrażającym programy i przedsięwzięcia finansowane ze środków krajowych.
