Jarosław Wróbel

Vice-President of the Management Board for Investment and Innovation, LOTOS Group S.A.

Since 1992 he has been related to power engineering. In the period 1993-1999 he worked at Elektrociepłownia "Będzin" where he was responsible for development and implementation of the restructuring program as well as preparation and implementation of the first capital privatization process in the Polish power sector.
Since 2002, he has been employed in managerial positions in PGNiG Capital Group companies. In 2003-2013, he was Vice-President for Economic Affairs at Górnośląska Spółka Gazownictwa. He was also President of the Management Board of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa (2016-2018), where he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 2020 to 2021. In the period 2018-2020, he was president of the management board and director of the company Orlen Południe.
In 2020-2021, he served as vice-president of the Management Board of PGNiG and member of the Board of Directors of PGNiG Upstream Norway AS.
Since March 2, 2021, he has been Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. for Investment and Innovation.
