Mr. Grzegorz Kotte, born December 10, 1969, graduate of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Power Engineering and Aeronautics of Warsaw University of Technology.

He started his work in 1994 at the Power Engineering Studies and Projects Office, Energoprojekt Warsaw as an assistant designer. He continued his professional career in Elektrim- Megadex, Dalkia Polska, ILF and PKP PLK S.A.

Since March 2016 employed in the ENEA S.A. Group in Enea Wytwarzanie sp. z o.o. on the position of the Member of the Board for Technical Issues. As a Member of the Board he coordinates and manages the entirety of production activities and maintenance of production, covering generation of electricity, heat and cold, overhauls and exploitation activities, as well as technical progress. He ensures the highest level of availability of the managed production equipment and facilities, leads the matters related to investment and repair activities of the Company.

He currently manages a team of more than 1,600 employees. He was responsible in 2017 for the start-up and commissioning of one of the most modern and efficient generating units in the world, a 1075MW supercritical coal-fired unit.

Currently, he is actively involved in the construction process of gas-steam units at the Kozienice Power Plant.
