1991 - 1996 director of media department at Publicis FCB and CEO at Optimedia Poland (1994 - 1996).

Ambassador and juror of Golden Drum in Poland.

Jury member of festivals: Camerimage, Crackfilm, Złote Orły, Boomerang, Media Trendy, KTR.

Since 1999 the owner of AdPress Advertising Publisher and editor-in-chief of the first marketing and sales magazine Brief.

An expert in the field of place marketing. Creator of the Brief for Poland platform, the idea of the Brief Effectiveness Triangle and the 5 x Poland program.

Originator of the unique, first in Europe International Festival of Place Marketing Welcome Festival.
