He gained business experience in companies such as Zębiec Mining and Metal Works, H. Cegielski Poznań, ARP E-Vehicles. Member of the Association of Engineers and Technicians of Chemical Industry. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. Vice President of Fertlizers Europe.
