Artur Cieślik

Vice-President of the Management Board, Strategy and Regulation of PGNiG S.A.

Lawyer and manager with over 20 years of professional experience gained in capital market institutions, public companies and international law firm.
He started his professional career in the Legal Department of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 1997 where he was employed until 2004. Lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Łazarski University in the period from 2000 to 2005. In the years 2004-2006 employed at SYGNITY S.A. Then, from 2006 to 2018, he cooperated with the international law firm DENTONS Europe Dąbrowski and Partners sp.k. as a Senior Associate and then Counsel. Since 2018 he has been associated with PKN ORLEN S.A. where he performed the duties of Advisor to the Management Board and Executive Director for Strategy. As of August 24, 2020, he served as Vice President of the Management Board for Strategy and Development of Grupa LOTOS S.A. He was appointed to the PGNiG Management Board, in the capacity of Vice-President for Strategy and Regulatory Affairs, on March 16th 2021. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of PGNiG Upstream Norway and Central Europe Energy Partners (CEEP) - the only trade organization of the energy sector from Central Europe in Brussels.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the Catholic University of Lublin, Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, Center for American Law Studies. Participant of postgraduate Executive Master of Business Administration studies organized by the University of Gdańsk in cooperation with Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development and Porto Business School.
