The owner and member of the board of PROFIT system, a consulting company that provides comprehensive advice on franchising, partnership and agency. The company also operates abroad - in Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Macedonia, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey and United Arab Emirates.

He supervises the editorial and publishing work of FRANCHISING monthly magazine and the Franchising.pl portal. He is the author of many articles on the license market. In his consulting work, he specializes in recruitment campaigns for franchise, agency and partner networks. He conducts trainings on business on licence at the Franchise Academy. Since April 2008 he has been a member of the Polish Franchisers Organisation.

Arkadiusz Słodkowski graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw with a specialization in international relations. He received a diploma from Polityka weekly journalism school. He worked as a journalist in editorial offices of Polityka and Życie Warszawy covering social and economic issues. In the years 1995-1998 he worked in public relations agencies: United Publishers and The Rowland Company specializing in servicing financial clients. He also has successful ventures in the field of Public Affairs to his credit.
