Andrzej Adamczyk

Minister of Infrastructure, Ministry of Infrastructure

On November 15, 2019, he was reappointed as the Minister of Infrastructure.
Since 2005, he has been a member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland for the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th terms. For many years he has been the Vice-Chairman of the Sejm Infrastructure Committee and a member of the Committee for Liaison with Poles Abroad. He participated in the work of the following subcommittees: for construction and spatial and housing management, for monitoring the use of European Union funds, and for inland transport.
He specializes in road and rail infrastructure and construction. In the Parliament he dealt, among others, with the government project of the act on special purpose road companies, amendment of the act "Construction Law" and the project of the act on the simplification of the investment process in the housing construction.
As a councillor of the Krakow district, he chaired the Infrastructure Committee for two terms.
He is a member of the Małopolska Chamber of Civil Engineers.
He has a higher economic education.
