Adrianna Całus

Spokesperson Ministry of Education and Science

Adrianna Całus graduated from history and political science at the Jagiellonian University, postgraduate studies in „Professional image” Psychology of image in business and public life" at the SWPS University, as well as the Professional Course of Fundraiser CFR organized by the Polish Association of Fundraising. She also completed postgraduate studies in "Cultural Manager" at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Previously, she served as deputy director in the Office of the Minister of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, coordinating the communication division. From 2020 to 2022 she was deputy general director at the Juliusz Osterwa Theatre in Lublin, where she was responsible for administration, communication, production and development of the institution, including raising European funds. She also worked as a coordinator of the educational program "Go4Poland- Choose Poland" implemented by the Stock Exchange Foundation. In 2018-2019, as an employee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, she was in charge of organizing events (Polonia Restituta. Decalogue for Poland in the 100th anniversary of regaining independence and National Science Congress FORUM).

During her studies she worked at the Krakow Festival Office (organization of events: Film Music Festival, Miłosz Festival, Conrad Festival). At that time, she also started cooperating with non-governmental organizations, where she dealt with PR and communication.
