Renaissance of Green Railway. Does the transport come down to earth?

The difficult time of the pandemic has broken supply chains, and the current international situation has changed other trade routes. European geography makes air transport unprofitable and its environmental impact has an increasing affect on social and economic. The EU is implementing new standards and programs to bring continental transport to railroads. Over the years, Polish rail freight carriers have developed their position in world trade. Does the Polish railways have a chance to become a leader of changes in the region? Will the polish know-how give us the right place to implement changes in the EU?
