NABE (National Energy Security Agency) a key element in the implementation of the government’s energy transformation plan in Poland

Energy

NABE is a key element in the implementation of the government's energy transformation plan in Poland and a guarantor of its energy security. The establishment of the Agency will ensure independence of Polish consumers from the destabilizing influence of international commodity markets. The energy crisis triggered by Russia has revealed for many months how great a threat the dependence on Russian hydrocarbons was to the European Union economy.

A debate presenting the significance of the creation of the agency in the context of the challenges related to the ongoing energy transition and Poland's energy security in the context of the new political and economic situation created by Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
